Fabian Adibe. He was born in Okigwe in 1940. In 1965, he led Nigeria to her first Commonwealth Festival of Arts in London, United Kingdom.
In "Things Fall Apart" when adapted into film, he played the role of Ogbuefi Uzowulu.
In the 1970s, he was amongst the great Igbo young men that formed Odunke Artists. They represented Igbo and perfomed at Festival of Arts and Culture (FESTAC) held in Lagos from December 1974-January 1975. They wrote the Igbo play Ọnụkwube and the continuation Ọjaadịlị. Ọjaadịlị was staged at the Festival. His name in the play is Dike.
